Intern (Production)
White Label Productions, an innovative design and production agency based in Central London with a wide range of clients in the entertainment business, is looking for an Intern to join its busy team.
Reporting to the Production Director, you will assist in the day-to-day running of the office which will involve updating reports general office duties and various other tasks. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a busy music production company and could lead to expanded responsibilities for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have excellent spoken and written English, an enthusiastic and helpful attitude, proficiency in Word and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of detail. A passion for classical music is desirable and experience in Quark and proofreading experience will be advantages.

Intern (Administration)
White Label Productions, an innovative design and production agency based in Central London with a wide range of clients in the entertainment business, is looking for an Intern to join its busy team.
Reporting to the Business Director and Administrator / Project Manager you will be responsible for much of the day-to-day office administration including booking couriers, doing the post, updating spreadsheets and databases, ordering stationery, filing, answering phones, booking taxis, restaurants and meeting rooms.
In addition you will work closely with the Business Director on a variety of projects such as photo shoots, office reorganisations, review and management of company storage solutions, business proposals etc.
You will have strong administration skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Executive Assistant
White Label Productions, an innovative design and production agency based in Central London (W1) with a wide range of clients in the entertainment business, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its busy team.
This is a key role and as such, carries a number of key tasks and responsibilities. First and foremost, you will be providing assistance and support to our MD, Deputy MDs and Business Director. This will include taking and preparing minutes, co-ordinating diaries and meetings, researching and preparing reports, and answering phones and message taking.
Secondly, you will take overall responsibility for the company’s day-to-day office management, international travel arrangements, personnel administration and supervision our Intern.
You will also be involved with many diverse and interesting projects ranging from office moves to complex new business proposals, office parties to high profile artist photo shoots.
Whilst we would ideally like to take on someone with an SME or creative agency background, what is more important is your ability to understand both the complex nature of our business and the shorthand language we use in this industry, coupled with an innate sense of the often critical turnarounds that are expected of us. Communication skills should be of the highest standard, both written and oral, numeracy is also vital. You should be someone who thrives on a challenge, is exceptionally well organised and can pick up things quickly and with intelligence. Our MD has what we would describe as a ‘non-linear’ approach, so yours needs to be pragmatic and clear. Broad shoulders will also be useful as you will find we delegate lots of work, which can be both challenging and exciting. We will provide training where necessary, but we would expect you to be able to hit the ground running.
Your professional skills will include:
• Microsoft Office advanced (on both Mac and PC)
• 60wpm
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Shorthand / speedwriting (we will give training if necessary)
• Proven experience in a similar role
